A: Most of the products have our exclusive copper patina. It consists of layered bronze, brown, and copper tones. They are hand dipped and coated with a semi-gloss clear, then baked to give a durable long lasting finish.

Q: How do you clean your stuff?

A: A feather duster works best. Light household cleaners will not harm the finish. The surface can be scratched, so don’t use anything abrasive for cleaning.

Q: Do you make custom pieces?

A: Yes, we offer many custom services, and quotes are free.

Q: What is you lead-time?

A: Lead times can vary during different seasons like Christmas, most small pieces like switch plate covers and toilet paper holders are in stock and will ship within 24 hours. Larger pieces like mirrors or coat racks might take 2-4 weeks, you can call to check availability and lead-time.

Q: How do you ship?

A: We mainly use UPS ground, rush delivery is available for additional charges. Shipments outside the continental United States will require additional charges.

Q: Do you offer volume discounts?

A: Yes, orders of $1,000 or more will receive a 20% discount.
